Course Objectives

To recognize movement and the structures that create movement, to learn their working principles To examine how people move, how their movements are controlled, and the effect of the force system on body parts during movement

Course Content

Introduction to biomechanics-Newton's laws and mechanical principles, special tissue biomechanics, muscle tissue-bone tissue-connective tissue-collagen tissuecartilage tissue biomechanics, normal walking and pathological walking mechanics, joint biomechanics, columna vertebralis biomechanics, pelvis-hip-knee jointfoot and ankle biomechanics, shoulder-arm complex-elbow joint-hand and wrist biomechanics, temporomandibular joint biomechanics"
