Course Objectives

It is aimed to provide information on the definition, content, history, development, application areas, legal regulations, teamwork and communication of physiotherapy and rehabilitation.

Course Content

Definition of physiotherapy, its content, application areas, duties and responsibilities of physiotherapy techniques, legal regulations, multidisciplinary team work in rehabilitation, social policies and programs for disabled individuals in Turkey and other countries. Communication with team members, patients and relatives, physical properties of heat, physiological effects of heat and application of heat modalities
