Course Objectives

The main purpose of the course is to provide learning about the history of beverages, the classification of beverages, the preparation and service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and bar management

Course Content

The historical development of beverages and cultural interactions, the production and storage, preparation and service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and the harmony between food and beverages are examined.
