Course Objectives

The primary objective of this course is to enable students to grasp the comprehensive digitalization of operational processes within various tourism enterprises. The course provides practical instruction on the fundamental software modules essential for managing both travel agencies and accommodation businesses. Ultimately, the course fosters the ability to execute critical tasks— contract processing, and reservation workflows—in strict accordance with professional industry standards.

Course Content

This course focuses on the integration of software solutions into operational processes within the tourism industry. In the first half, the course covers incoming travel agency management, including contract entry, special offers (actions), reservations, and transfer operations. In the second half, the course examines Property Management Systems (PMS) used in the hospitality sector, covering front office operations, group reservation management, sales-marketing, and CRM applications at a practical level. Students gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills regarding the use of digital tools utilized in the industry.
