Course Objectives

The purpose of the course is to examine the modern management techniques, principles and guidelines, to recognize the new managerial tools and to increase the managerial competency with the examples from practice.

Course Content

In terms of this course, theory, process and application of the managerial functions are covered with the organizational environment and examples from the practice. By this way, learning organizations, benchmarking, CRM, Quality Control, Core Competence, Virtual Organizations, Networking etc. are studied.

Artificial intelligence tools may be used only for grammar correction, language polishing, writing support, and general academic assistance. However, directly copying and pasting AI-generated content and submitting it as an assignment, project, report, or any other academic work will be considered a violation of academic integrity and plagiarism. Students are responsible for ensuring that all submitted work reflects their own original effort.
