TRM 1017 - Communication Technologies in Tourism

The aim of the course is to give the basic information, provide analytical thinking skills, teach the efficient communication components, communication with different cultures, have competency in perception, listening, feedback.

This course concerns efficient communication channels, communication theory, communication problems and issues related to efficient communication. Topics like cultural differences, verbal and non-verbal communication, body language, listening, feedback, use of language, perception, empathy, personality differences, efficient presentation are covered in this course.
