Course Objectives

To enable students to understand and use basic office software and AI assistants.

Course Content

Within the scope of the course, students gain knowledge about AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude, and Gamma; MS Office programs including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint; as well as cloud services such as Google Drive, OneDrive, and Google Forms.

Code Description
LO1 Creates text documents and tables in Microsoft Word, inserts images, and adjusts page settings, formatting, and fonts
LO2 Prepares professional presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint using various media tools and animations, and generated visual materials.
LO3 Creates worksheets in Microsoft Excel, enters and analyzes data, builds pivot tables and charts, and uses functions and formulas.
LO4 Writes emails in Microsoft Outlook, attaches images and links, adjusts email settings, and uses CC and BCC fields appropriately.
LO5 With the help of artificial intelligence, it creates online surveys, collects data, downloads the data to its computer, interprets report graphs, and generates HTML code.
