Course Objectives

The aim of this course is to provide students with general knowledge about the initial provisions of the Turkish Civil Code,law of persons and family law.

Course Content

Within the scope of this course, the basic concepts of Civil Law, the initial provisions of the Turkish Civil Code, Personal Law and Family Law are examined.This course covers the beginning of personality, personal rights, location area, legal entities and their types, topics such as associations and foundations, engagement, family establishment, its provisions and property regimes in the marriage union, guardianship and alimony.
