Course Objectives

The aim of this course is to facilitate the learning of fundamental concepts related to management science and management in midwifery and to developstudents' leadership skills.

Course Content

This course covers the significance of management in the midwifery profession, quality management systems, types of management and characteristics ofmanagers, factors influencing management, and legislation related to management in midwifery.
