Course Objectives

Defining mental health, listing the symptoms of psychiatric disorders, utilizing therapeutic communication techniques, defining mental illnesses, recognizing psychological changes that may occur during pregnancy and the postpartum period, and intervening when necessary.

Course Content

İnvolves providing nursing students with knowledge about the principles of psychology and developing their skills in assessing the psychological issues of pregnant women
