Course Objectives

Introduction of appropriate knowledge on architectural professional practice, regulations, rights, liabilities and duties which are necessary for successfully continue the architectural service and an overall evaluation of available building codes, regulations and urban transformation cases

Course Content

The content of the course includes necessary knowledge and information about professional practice such as ethical codes, regulations, liabilities, duties, rights, procedures for architectural business establishments, the role of architecturel in project life-cycle, impacts of information technologies in architecture, project development according to the stages defined in architectural service specification document, preparation of material take off list, bill of quantities, cost estimations and current building codes and regulations and urban transformation studies
