Course Objectives

The aim of this course is to train nurses who have the knowledge and skills to provide effective management of nursing services in health institutions, and can define the basic concepts of management and nursing services management by examining the management concept theory and principles.

Course Content

In this course, the theoretical knowledge (teamwork, critical thinking, decision making, nursing management process, delivery of nursing services, power and authority, stress management, change and innovation management) and applications are discussed in the clinical environment.
