Course Objectives

To gain the ability to plan and implement a scientific research and to examine a scientific study.

Course Content

Course content includes scientific method, data, measurement processes and scales, nursing discipline and research, ethics in nursing research, research process, research design and types, analysis/discussion of research method in articles, errors in research, sampling method, analysis/discussion of sampling method in articles, data collection methods, techniques and tools, preparation of data for analysis, evaluation and use of nursing research.
