Course Objectives

Within the scope of the Scientific Research Methods and Ethics course, a number of methods and techniques are examined in the studies to be conducted in the field of law.

Course Content

With this course, it is aimed to guide graduate students in their studies in the field of law. Students are taught the concepts of knowledge, science and research, the importance of scientific research and technological development, the basic characteristics of research in social sciences and research types in scientific research. In addition, utilization of libraries in the research of sources, determining the scientific qualifications of the sources and reading and evaluating them, scientific research and e-resources, data sources on the internet and data collection methods are explained.
