Course Objectives

This course will enable the student to understand from raw material to table, including Human Resources all components of cost management based on food and Beverage Industry

Course Content

The student will learn cost and sales concepts and their relationship with profits. The student will learn how to calculate costs, and profits and apply control concept factors for food, beverage, and labor control.
