Course Objectives

The aim of this course is to learn how to prepare any soup or sauce derivatives by learning the basics of stocks and sauces and also to learn how to prepare and cook vegetables and grains, cut and cook chicken, meat and fish.

Course Content

Applying the properties of ingredients and sauces to detail any soup or sauce derivatives, lectures and laboratory practices.
