Course Objectives

The aim of this course is to enable students to understand the developments in diplomatic history, to show them how the developments in diplomatic history shaped world politics, and to help them see the relationship between the political, economic, social and cultural developments that took place in this period.

Course Content

In this course, the developments that took place in the process from the ad hoc diplomacy period to modern diplomacy will be explained and the relationships between political, economic, social and cultural developments will be discussed.
