Course Objectives

This course is the second part of an introduction to the management functions. It focuses on the theory and fundamental concepts of management, including planning, organization, leadership, and control. The course reviews the evolution of management thought, functions, and practices, while emphasizing current approaches and emerging concepts in the field.

Course Content

The primary objective of this course is to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of modern management principles. Specifically, it aims to help students grasp the core functions of management at both theoretical and practical levels, analyze the evolution of management thought to understand its historical transformation, and develop their capacity to identify current trends and innovative management strategies in a rapidly changing business environment.
