Course Objectives

With this course, the student; It is aimed to approach the patient and the patient's relatives in bio-psycho-social integrity, to determine the nursing needs before, during and after the surgical intervention, to gain the skills of planning, implementing and evaluating the interventions and to develop the ability to communicate effectively with other health personnel.

Course Content

This course includes knowledge and practices for the care of the surgical patient in the clinical setting.
