Course Objectives

It is aimed to explain in detail the advanced laboratory techniques and analyzes used in clinical laboratories.

Course Content

Hemogram; Blood Group Determination, Urine Laboratory (TIT, Spot Urine, 24-Hour Urine, Fecal Occult Blood), Urine Determination with Strip-Urine Bag Insertion in Infant Patients; Urine Laboratory (Urine Microscopy), ELISA Laboratory; Sedimentation, Identification Laboratory (Simple and Compound Staining, Microbiological Diagnostic Tests, Antibiogram, E-Test), VDRL, Rose Bengal, Brucella Tube Agglutination, TPHA, Coombs Test, Tumor Markers.
