Course Objectives

With this course, it is aimed that the student will gain the knowledge, skills and behaviors that can perform the physical assessment of the patient / healthy individual in order to carry out planned nursing care in all nursing interventions.

Course Content

In this course, the basic principles of physical assessment, data collection methods, physical assessment skills, assessment of the head and neck, assessment of the skin and its appendages, and assessment of systems are discussed.
