Course Objectives

To provide the necessary knowledge and skills to ensure that the documents produced in the institution are filed and archived using scientific methods, to access the document as soon as possible when necessary, and to destroy the document within the legal framework.

Course Content

The importance of filing and archiving, its principles, stages, general information about tools and equipment and systematic file/archive preparation information for students. Information, information management and organizational importance, document management, importance and purpose, electronic document and its features, document processing process, form types and usage, filing, importance and establishment of filing systems, standard file plan, organization of filing services, file organization systems, features and areas of use, archiving techniques and process, and digital archives.
