About the Program

The Non-Thesis Master’s Program in Business Administration (Turkish-MBA) aims to train the leadership managers needed by companies and institutions. Considering the increasing importance of human resources for businesses, the program seeks to equip managers and leaders with the competencies required in today’s global business environment and to ensure the application of these competencies in practical settings. The Non-Thesis Master’s Program in Business Administration (Turkish) started admitting students in the 2012–2013 academic year.

Admission and Registration Requirements

Higher education institutions may admit students to master’s programs based solely on ALES scores, or they may also take into consideration undergraduate GPA, a written scientific evaluation, and/or the results of an interview in addition to the ALES score.

Recognition of Prior Learning

The credits earned from courses completed by students at another higher education institution, either domestically or abroad, may be transferred and counted toward the program upon the student’s application, the evaluation of the relevant department, and the approval of the institute’s administrative board.

Program Educational Objectives

The aim of the Non-Thesis Master’s Program in Business Administration (Turkish-MBA) is to enable graduates to take on managerial roles in organizations with effective decision-making and leadership skills, to develop their analytical thinking and problem-solving competencies, and to equip them with a professional and ethical perspective required by the global business environment.
